The battery is constantly leaking from the plug caps. What is the reason?
  • There is excess electrolyte in your battery or your battery is overcharged and boiling. Bring it to one of our authorized services and ask to discharge the electrolyte amount to the level written next to the battery, or ask our authorized dealer to check the electrical parts of your car.
Why does the battery in the car explode?
  • This is due to the clogged bottle caps of your battery. In order to prevent this, have your battery's periodic maintenance done by our authorized services within the warranty conditions.
My car's starting power is very weak in the morning. What should I do?
  • One of the possible reasons could be a short circuit (leakage) in your vehicle, which causes your battery to weaken and become insufficient at the start. In this case, contact an authorized dealer and have the necessary checks done.
My car is not working at all. What should I do?
